I’ve been where you are - it feels daunting to ask for help for your marriage or relationship, especially when you feel alone, unsure, or stuck.
No matter where your relationship is at - we can work to restore your closeness, find connection and bring back the relationship you want before it’s too late.
I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist and I work with couples and families. I’d love to be able to work with you to help you find the change you need.

Couples Therapy
I am well versed in interventions for couples. supporting them through minor struggles to navigating infidelity or trauma.
Family Therapy
I support families with transitions, health challenges, aging parents and estrangement. Working to improve communication.
EMDR
EMDR provides relief for clients struggling with trauma. I support individuals and or as an adjunct to couples therapy.
Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback supports clients dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma and more. This can be an adjunct to therapy or on it’s own.
